Ai sensi dell’art. 5 del D. Lgs 22 maggio 1999 n. 185, il Cliente (qualora sia qualificabile in che modo “consumatore” ai sensi dell’art.1 lett b) del D. Lgs 22 maggio 1999 n. 185) ha il diritto di recedere dal accordo e di restituire i Prodotti ordinati, senza alcuna penalità e senza specificarne il motivo, entro il termine di 14 (quattordici) giorni da calendario dal ricevimento dei Prodotti stessi.
